Brandy

Ilok Cellars Brandy is produced in the traditional way according to the secret recipe of our oenologists and nurtured in the special atmosphere of our Old Cellar from 1450. It is obtained from the wine distillate of carefully selected wines, which is distilled twice in copper cauldrons, after which it is aged for a minimum of two years in lightly burned oak barrels of 225 litres.

This is a drink that exudes maturity and antiquity and a nice and pleasant taste with delicate notes of vanilla.
