Noble varietal white wine, greenish-yellow colour. Emphasized and harmonious, soft and supple taste. There is a beautifully pronounced varietal noise characteristic of this variety, with an ideal ratio of acids and alcohol.

Recommendation

Vinification
Hand harvesting, settling for 24 hours at a temperature of 10°C, decanting into stainless steel tanks, and fermentation for 8 days at a temperature of 18-20°C.
