Chardonnay
The wine has a more pronounced colour dominated by yellow shades with greenish tones present. It has a rich aroma, with accentuated notes of yellow and fresh fruit. The taste of the wine is extremely full, creamy and rich, but pleasant and fresh.

Recommendation

Vinification
Hand harvesting, settling for 24 hours at a temperature of 10°C, decanting into stainless steel tanks, and fermentation for 8 days at a temperature of 18°C.

In stainless steel tanks.
